Following the above listed transactions, Telenor ASA owns a total of 1419377 own
shares, representing 0.1% of Telenor ASA's share capital. 
Pursuant to the agreement with the Norwegian State, represented by the Ministry
of Trade, Industry and Fisheries, under which the Norwegian State participates
in the share buyback on a pro rata basis, 2026/2027 program was 6.6 % completed
as of 12 June 2026.
