Mr. Yair Yaish is EVP, Secretary & General Counsel at LDH Energy Advisors LLC.
Prior to joining LDHE, he served as Director and Counsel at Credit Suisse Securities (USA) where, since January 2005, he was in charge of setting up the legal department for Credit Suisse's energy trading and marketing group.
He subsequently served as Global Chief Counsel for Credit Suisse's energy and commodities trading group.
Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Yaish served as Director and Senior Counsel to Allegheny Energy Supply's trading group based in New York.
He also served as Vice President and Senior Counsel to Merrill Lynch's energy trading group (which was later sold to Allegheny Energy).
He began his career at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in 1995 as a corporate securities and derivatives attorney.
Mr. Yaish earned his J.D.
from Yale Law School in 1994 and his B.A.
in Computer Science from Yeshiva University, from which he graduated magna cum laude, in 1989.
