Tony Broglio

Tony Broglio is the President and a founding Partner of Insignia Capital.
He brings over 25 years of investment, strategic and operational expertise across the business services and consumer sectors to Insignia’s leadership team.
Tony serves on the Boards of Fueled, Market Performance Group, MediaAlpha (NYSE:MAX), Netrush, and New Engen and previously served on the Boards of WillowTree, Truco Enterprises and MNG Direct.
Prior to co-founding Insignia in 2012, Tony was a Principal and member of the Executive Committee of Lake Capital, a Chicago-based private equity fund with over $1.3 billion under management.
At Lake, Tony was responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, structuring and negotiating transactions and partnering with management teams to execute organic and acquisition-based growth strategies.
During his more than nine years with Lake, Tony played a leading role and served on the Boards of a large number of the firm’s successful investments.
Prior to Lake, he spent five years in merchant and investment banking with two boutique firms executing mergers and acquisitions and private and public equity offerings across a number of industries.
Tony received a B.S.
in Finance from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A.
with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
