Profile

Tommaso Molinaro has over 15 years of experience in private equity gained in leading Italian and international private equity groups active in the middle market with an increasing level of seniority and dealing directly with all phases of the investment, portfolio management and divestment cycle.
Before joining Green Arrow Capital, Tommaso was been Junior Partner at Armònia and Investment Director at Alto Partners, two independent private equity funds dedicated to the Italian mid-market where he actively contributed to the origination, structuring, implementation and monitoring of investment transactions with responsibility of various portfolio companies also serving as board member.
Previously he was a Principal in the Milan office of Ergon Capital Partners, a pan-European mid-marked private equity fund, where he was involved in several transactions in a variety of sectors in Europe and Italy.
A graduate of Bocconi University, he began his investment banking career first at Lazard (London/Milan) and later at Deutsche Bank.
