Posey is Founder & President at Posey Capital Management, Inc. Mr. Posey's career includes ten years as chief financial officer of the Gearench Tools division of Orbix Corporation, an international oil field equipment manufacturer, where he was responsible for accounting and tax matters, as well as the acquisition of businesses and product lines.
His legal career includes an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and other business matters.
He previously was with Hutcheson & Grundy, LLP, a regional business law firm in Houston.
Mr. Posey attended Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, where he graduated in 1979 with bachelor's degrees in business administration and psychology.
He earned his law degree in 1991 from The University of Texas School of Law in Austin.
