Mr. Thomas Dicker is Managing Partner and is responsible for the creation and marketing of new financial products.
He has over 25 years experience in creating and marketing investment products across Europe.
Mr. Dicker began his career in institutional equity sales at Kidder Peabody in Paris, and moved to Morgan Stanley 6 years later, where he became head of the French institutional equity sales group.
He then joined the Private Client Services group at Morgan Stanley, focusing on High Net Worth individuals and small and medium-sized institutions.
In 1997, Mr. Dicker created, and became Managing Director of the European Private Client Services department of Donaldson, Lufkin, Jenrette (DLJ) in London.
He subsequently became a member of DLJ's International Executive Committee, before leaving in 2002, two years after the acquisition of DLJ by CSFB.
Mr. Dicker is a private investor in a number of early stage technology and life science companies.
He graduated from the University of Geneva with a degree in Economic and Social Sciences.
