Prior to joining HEI in 2004, Mr. Walker was with HVS International from 2000 to 2003.
He appraised over 100 hotels throughout the US and Canada, and specialized in convention headquarters hotel forecasts and developed strategic business planning processes for public entities engaged in hospitality, notably the Colorado State Parks System.
He was with Statler Hotel and Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale from 1997 to 2000.
He also served in Food and Beverage management roles.
Mr. Walker holds a BS from Cornell University, and is a member of the Cornell Hotel Society.
