Stephan Riesen

Stephan is the Chief Financial Officer at Evolution Equity Partners .
He oversees the funds’ financial operations and monitors compliance with the governing rules and regulations as well as the respective agreements.
Stephan has many years of experience in funds administration, reporting and compliance as responsible manager with Horizon21 Private Equity Partners and Swiss Re Private Equity Partners, which were Swiss investment managers of internationally active Private Equity funds catering to European institutional investors, where he built and was in charge of the back and middle office operations.
In addition, Stephan worked for Swiss banks in accounting and reporting in central group and investment banking functions, and he is also very experienced in corporate management, taxation and accounting.
Stephan is a Certified Public Accountant (Swiss CPA), Bachelor of Science in Business Management and certified financial risk manager.
