Mr. Martin joined Capita in 1996 from Cap Gemini, where he spent 17 years in the outsourcing division.
He was promoted to the Executive Management Board in 2000, responsible for the Business Services Division.
He was appointed Executive Director of the Commercial Services Division when it was established in May 2001.
In July 2002 he moved to head the Integrated Services Division.
