Svenskt Rekonstruktionskapital AB (SRK) is an independent venture capital investment firm based in Stockholm. Founded in 2003, SRK's shareholders are Skandia Liv, Industrifonden, Östersjöstiftelsen and Carl Bennet AB. SRK specializes in financing for restructuring small- and mid-sized distressed firms.

Östersjöstiftelsen, The Foundation for Baltic and East European Studies, was established in 1994 by the Government of Sweden with the objective of supporting research, training of doctoral students and the academic infrastructure at Södertörn University College. Östersjöstiftelsen is based in Huddinge, Sweden. Östersjöstiftelsen is governed by a Board that is designated by the Swedish Government. Part of the Board is responsible for finance-related issues and the other part looks after academic affairs. The charter stipulates that only the endowment principal's revenue can be used for the Foundation's purposes.

Sjunde AP-fonden (AP7), locally known as The Seventh Swedish National Pension Fund, is the State-owned pension fund management firm which was founded by the Swedish parliament in 2000. Headquartered in Stockholm, AP7 is responsible for managing premium pension funds for the Swedish people. They are the only state actor in the premium pension system that provides the fund portfolio AP7 Såfa. AP7 Såfa is the state alternative to the private investment funds offered within the Swedish premium pension system. The firm is responsible to the management of these funds and provides a return that is at least as good as the average of the private investment funds in the system.
