OneVentures prefers to take minority stakes in their investee companies, investing in tranches and reserving AUD 1.5-2 million for follow-on funding. They always require a seat on their investee company boards, partnering with management to help with strategic direction, market & product development, building distribution networks, providing access to business mentors and offering ongoing support. The firm's investment committee makes their investment decisions. They typically exit investments through IPOs and trade sales
