Nicolas Terraz

Nicolas Terraz is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Total Exploration Production.
He also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at TotalEnergies EP Nigeria Ltd. Additionally, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of TotalEnergies Upstream Nigeria Ltd., Total Petroleum Nigeria Ltd., Total Exploration Nigeria Ltd., Total E&P Nigeria Deepwater Ltd., and Chairman of Total E&P Congo SA, Total E&P Angola Ltd., Total E&P Cote d'Ivoire, East African Crude Oil Pipeline Ltd., and Total East Africa Pipeline Holding UK Ltd. Previously, he was the President-Exploration & Production at TotalEnergies SE and Manager at Brass Holdings SARL. In his former roles, he served as Chairman of TotalEnergies EP Gabon SA, Director at Nigeria LNG Ltd., Managing Director at Total E&P Myanmar SA, and Vice President-New Ventures at Total E&P France SA. Mr. Terraz completed his undergraduate studies at Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and Ecole Polytechnique, and his graduate studies at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
