Prior to joining the BioGenerator, Matt was the Chief Commercial Officer at NewLeaf Symbiotics leading the transition from an R&D focused organization into its commercialization.
Prior to that, Matt worked 18 years at Monsanto Company in a range of leadership roles including the Vice President of Global Agriculture Productivity focusing on investment and development of R&D resources as well as the Global Crop Protection Marketing Lead.
Matt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
