He retired from Frank Russell Co. in 1999 after 15 years of service where he held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and President of Frank Russell International Services Co. Mr. McDonald's career has included executive management positions with IBM, Wells Fargo, Motorola Four-Phase, CBS and Republic Bank of Texas.
Mr. McDonald received his B.S.
in Business and Economics from Iowa State University.
He also completed selected studies in Finance at ISU as well as at the University of Texas.
