Mr. Robert D.
Ramsey is a Co-Managing Partner & Chief Investment Officer at Oxford Financial Group Ltd. and a Lead Independent Director at Stryve Foods, Inc. He is on the Board of Directors at Stryve Foods, Inc., Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra Foundation, Inc., Innovative Displayworks, Inc., Polywood, Inc., Tile-Redi Ltd. and Top Echelon Software LLC.
He oversees Oxford’s Investment Management Group and the Oxford Investment Fellows by establishing the long-term investment vision, philosophy and strategies for Oxford’s CIO practice.
He acts as the lead oversight for all investment manager due diligence criteria and asset allocation policies.
He is individually responsible for sourcing and vetting specific private market investments and for performing investment research.
He serves on the Senior Leadership Committee, Oxford Investment Board and Mayfair Board.
Prior to joining Oxford, Mr. Ramsey served as Co-Chief Investment Officer at Pendyne Capital, LLC where he managed alternative investment portfolios including a $150 million private equity and venture capital portfolio and an $80 million hedge fund portfolio.
He also served on the board of directors for three portfolio companies.
Prior to his time at Pendyne Capital, he was Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Indiana Public Retirement System, where he managed the $3.5 billion private equity, $6.3 billion public equity and $2.7 billion risk parity portfolios.
Mr. Ramsey received his Bachelor of Science and his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
He received his Juris Doctor from Indiana University McKinney School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
