Presently, Bin Chen is General Legal Counsel at Huadian Power International Corp. Ltd. Mr. Chen is also on the board of Huadian Coal Industry Group Co. Ltd. and Shanghai Huadian Power Development Co. Ltd. In the past Mr. Chen was Chief Accountant-Dalian Power Plant at Huaneng Power International, Inc., Chief Accountant of China Hydropower Construction Co., Chief Accountant & Deputy Head-Finance Department at Northeast Electric Development Co., Ltd., Head-Financial Budget Division at State Power Corporation of China, Head-Marketing Department at China Huadian Corp., Ltd. and Chief Accountant for China Guodian Corp. He received an undergraduate degree from Hebei University, a graduate degree from North China Electric Power University, an undergraduate degree from Northeast Dianli University and a graduate degree from Guanghua School of Management.
