Foundation for Economic Freedom Foundation for Economic Freedom The Foundation for Economic Freedom (FEF) is a public advocacy organization dedicated to promoting economic and political liberty, good governance, secure and well-defined property rights, market-oriented reforms, and consumer welfare. The non-profit company is based in Quezon City, the Philippines.
