Adam J.
Massman, Chief Human Resources Officer, joined Sun Capital in September 2022.
Dr. Massman develops and leads HR and people strategies that grow the business through best in class, research-based employee experience interventions and programs such as total rewards well-being systems, leadership development programming, executive coaching and more.
Prior to joining Sun Capital, Dr. Massman was Executive Director, Head of HR for Sustainability at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
Prior to JLL, Dr. Massman held various Human Resources positions at Rockwell Collins, Kellogg’s and Procter and Gamble (P&G).
Dr. Massman earned a Bachelor’s degree from University of Texas in Austin and a Master’s and Ph.D.
in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University.
