The Board of Directors of YX Precious Metals Bhd announced proposed declaration and payment of final single tier dividend of 0.30 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended December 31, 2024. The Proposed Final Single Tier Dividend will be tabled for approval of the Company's shareholders at its forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting. Ex-Date is 23 May 2025; Entitlement date is 26 May 2025; Payment Date is 11 June 2025.
