Mr. Mehul Desai Date of cessation as SMP: May 13, 2025 Mr. Santosh Mishra Date of Appointment as SMP: May 13, 2025 Term of Appointment: Full time employment as Business Head PSL and Microfinance He is a senior banking professional with over 25 years of work experience in Wholesale and Retail Agri lending, Rural businesses, Credit Underwriting and Inclusive & Social Banking domain and is adept at building and scaling client facing businesses. He has been with the bank for the past 14+ years and in his last role he was heading Rural Assets, Agri- business, and Inclusive & Social Banking verticals.
Prior to YES Bank, he worked with ICICI Bank Ltd. in its Global Risk Management division. Mr. Santosh holds a master's degree in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand- IRMA (1999) and Bachelor of Science (1995) from University of Lucknow. In his role as Business Head- PSL and Microfinance, Mr. Santosh will spearhead the overall priority sector lending initiative, Inclusive & Social Banking and Agri Product Management verticals at YES Bank.
Mr. Mukesh Kumar Date of Appointment as SMP: May 13, 2025 Term of Appointment: Full time employment as National Head Project Finance and Loan Syndication He is a senior banking professional with over 25 years of work experience He was previously worked with HDFC Bank, SBI Capital Markets, IFCI. At present he is working as National Head, Project Finance Business and Loan Syndication. The department drives the Project Finance portfolio of Bank, utilizing sectoral expertise and working seamlessly with all business units on opportunities in the identified sectors (infrastructure, core & evolving sectors and real estate).
It also acts as a knowledge banking partner with regular updates on sectors, maintaining relationships with Government Agencies /Authorities and other stakeholders. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree. The department acts as the main contributor of assets to the Bank and its sustainability initiatives and meeting Bank's commitment towards ESG.
Mr. Ashish Dadhich Date of Appointment as SMP: May 13, 2025 Term of Appointment: Full time employment as Country Head Financial Institutions He is a senior banking professional with over 20 years of work experience. He has worked with PwC (Audit function) for 2 years (2004-2006). Joined YES Bank (May- 2006) with Commercial Banking (now ELC) as an RM and handled mid-market Co's based in Delhi.
Moved to Government Banking (Sept 2009-March 2012) for setting up government relationship business in Rajasthan (based at Jaipur). Moved back to Delhi in April 2012, as Team Leader in Large Corporates (April 2012- May 2018) and handled clients based in Delhi and Punjab. Joined the Agri Business & Product Team (June 2018- May 2020) as Regional Head, North and dealt with F&A clients across segments as a product partner to various BUs (LC, ELC and SME) while ensuring maximization of PSL portfolio.
He moved back to Large Corporates as Regional Head - North (May 2020 -Dec 2023) managing large corporate clients based in North Region (including UP, Punjab and Rajasthan). Joined as National Head (Dec 2023 - Apr. 2025) handling relationships with select large conglomerates and other standalone entities/groups based in Mumbai & Pune.
He is a Chartered Accountant (2004) and currently working as Country Head - Financial Institutions.
