Windsor Machines Limited at its board meeting held on February 1, 2025, appointed Mr. Rohit Sojitra as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 1st February 2025. Mr. Rohit Sojitra is a dedicated and accomplished Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), having earned his membership in 2017. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Bachelor's degree in Law from Saurashtra University in 2013 and in 2023 respectively.
With a professional experience in a various groups and companies, Mr. Sojitra has gained valuable exposure and experience of around 7 years with related to Corporate Secretarial Affairs, Corporate Governance Practices and Legal matters.
