Wellness Communications Corp is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the health management cloud business and the health checkup solution business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Network Health Examination segment is engaged in the provision of a comprehensive service from making appointments for health examinations to making payments and unifying the results of health examinations for companies and health insurance associations. The Health Management cloud segment is a cloud business that centrally manages health diagnosis results, stress check data and attendance data for individual. The Medical Institution Support segment is engaged in the leasing of buildings and equipment for positron emission tomography (PET) inspection and the provision of business process outsourcing (BPO) services for health examinations for companies that are members of the Japan Health Insurance Association and comprehensive health insurance associations.
