Business description: Vinpearl

Vinpearl JSC is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the hospitality industry. The Company primarily operates in hotels and resorts, including 43 facilities, over 18,500 rooms and villas in 17 cities and provinces nationwide. It is also involved in the leisure sector, such as spas, golf courses, amusement parks, theme parks, safari parks which are combined in the hotel chains. In addition, the Company provides food and beverage services and conference centers. Other activities of the Company are tour operators and travel arrangements, including flight and hotel booking services, as well as providing combo tours of transportation, accommodations and leisure activities.
