Affärsvärlden gives a neutral recommendation for the outdoor company USWE Sports. This is stated in a recent analysis on Thursday.
The newspaper assesses the company's debt as relatively high, while the core business has lost sales. There is a risk of a new share issue in the future, and the founder leaving is said to be a minus.
"Debt is high and this will improve cash flow in the coming quarters. Another risk is that the liquidity of the share is low," writes Affärsvärlden.
At the same time, it explains that there is a chance for upside if things turn out well.
"If we use a multiple of 10 times operating profit, there is 30 percent upside on the radar. The pessimist sees risk of issuance at poor terms. Should USWE start growing in line with the company's financial targets, the upside is large (optimistic scenario)," the paper adds.
USWE reported a pre-tax profit of SEK 0.7 million in the first quarter of its broken financial year, which was better than the corresponding period last year when the figure was SEK -1.7 million.
