TRF Limited informed about the changes in the Senior Management Personnel of TRF Limited (`Company') as follows: a. Superannuation of Mr. Pramod Kumar Sahoo, Chief - Safety, Health and Environment with the effect from August 1, 2025 Mr. Pramod Kumar Sahoo currently serving as the Chief - Safety, Health and Environment will superannuate from the Company with effect from August 1, 2025. b. Appointment of Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh as Chief of Safety, Health and Environment (designate) with effect from July 15, 2025 Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh - Chief, Safety, Health and Environment (designate), will be responsible for the Safety aspects across the Company with effect from July 15, 2025. Subsequent to the superannuation of Mr. Pramod Kumar Sahoo with effect from August 1, Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh will take over as Chief - Safety, Health and Environment of the Company.
Brief profile: Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh has over 20 years of experience within Tata Steel eco-system in the areas of Supply Chain, Shared Services and Safety, Health and Environment. Mr. Singh is a B.E. in Mining from Nagpur University, PG Diploma holder in Industrial safety from The Institute of Environmental Management & Studies and also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He will be designated as Chief - Safety, Health and Environment (designate) in the Company effective July 15, 2025.
