tiscon AG is a Germany-based holding company that invests in enterprises engaged in the information technology (IT), telecommunications and entertainment electronics segments. The Company divides its business activities into two segments such as Reseller and Consumer. The Reseller segment is engaged in the distribution of computer hardware and software, peripherals, mobile computing, network, telecommunications and entertainment electronics products of more than 120 producers, including Acer, ASUS, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Logitech, Samsung, Canon and Epson. It also manufactures personal computers (PCs), servers, build-to-order (BTO) systems, as well as external hard disks and notebooks. The Consumer segment is involved in Internet mail order business, offering various IT, telecommunications and home entertainment products.
