Infinite Uptime, Inc. agreed to acquire an unknown minority stake in Covacsis Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from Thermax Limited (NSEI:THERMAX) for INR 1 million on April 3, 2025. A cash consideration of INR 1 million will be paid by Infinite Uptime, Inc. As part of consideration, INR 1 million is paid towards common equity of Covacsis Technologies Pvt.
Ltd. The deal is expected to close on April 4, 2025.
