The Waterbase Limited informed that based on the resolutions passed by the Board of Directors by way of circular resolution on December 16, 2024 took note of the resignation of Mr. Bala Arumugam from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer which shall be effective from the close of business hours on December 26, 2024. Consequent to his resignation, Mr. R Sureshkumar, Chief Financial Officer, who is also a qualified Company Secretary, will be designated as the Compliance Officer with effect from December 27, 2024, under Regulation 6 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and shall also be the person responsible for determining the materiality of an event or information.
