The Federal Bank Limited at its board of directors meeting held on April 4, 2025, announced that Ms. Shalini Warrier has resigned as an Executive Director of the Bank in order to pursue a potential entrepreneurial opportunity. The Board in consultation with Ms. Shalini Warrier decided to relieve her on any date between May 15 to May 31, 2025, and delegated the MD&CEO Mr. KVS Manian to decide on the actual date of relieving during this period, consequent to her resignation.
