Tejas Networks Limited announced that Mr. Anand Athreya has resigned as Managing Director of the Company on May 29, 2025 for personal reasons. The Board of Directors of the Company, at the meeting held May 30, 2025, has accepted the said resignation and decided to relieve Mr. Anand Athreya, from the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, with effect from close of business hours on June 20, 2025, as per his request.
