Europe Needs Small, Affordable Cars Like Japan's 'Kei Cars', Says Elkann

Europe needs small and affordable vehicles similar to Japan's so-called 'kei cars', Stellantis Chairman John Elkann said.

Speaking at an automotive event in Turin, Elkann also noted that the cost of cars has risen in recent years, mainly due to regulatory measures.
