Star Cement Limited announced that in terms of recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and approval of the Board of Directors of the Company, Mr. Dilip Kumar Agarwal has been appointed as Chief Commercial & Corporate Affairs Officer of the Company with effect from 07 October 2024. Accordingly, Mr. Dilip Kumar Agarwal shall be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company effective 07 October 2024. Mr. Dilip Kumar Agarwal is a commerce graduate from Patna University and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He is having more than 30 years of experience in cement and telecom sectors. He has in-depth knowledge in the areas of Business, Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Supply Chain, Audit and Operations. He was earlier associated with the Company as Chief Financial Officer.
