Sobha Limited reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was INR 12,240.92 million compared to INR 6,849.32 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 12,568.78 million compared to INR 7,137.48 million a year ago. Net income was INR 216.85 million compared to INR 150.82 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 2.15 compared to INR 1.59 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 2.1 compared to INR 1.59 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was INR 27,980.76 million compared to INR 23,340.83 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 28,920.25 million compared to INR 24,266.32 million a year ago. Net income was INR 538.3 million compared to INR 420.82 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 5.45 compared to INR 4.44 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 5.39 compared to INR 4.44 a year ago.
