Sobha Limited reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2024. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was INR 9,335.89 million compared to INR 7,412.38 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 9,652.92 million compared to INR 7,736.4 million a year ago. Net income was INR 260.89 million compared to INR 149.46 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 2.6 compared to INR 1.58 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was INR 15,739.84 million compared to INR 16,491.51 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 16,351.47 million compared to INR 17,128.84 million a year ago. Net income was INR 321.45 million compared to INR 270 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 3.3 compared to INR 2.85 a year ago.

Its Contractual and manufacturing segment comprises development of commercial premises and other related activities, also includes manufacturing activities related to interiors, glazing and metal works and concrete products. The Companyâs residential projects include Sobha Crystal Meadows, Sobha Arbor, Sobha Altus, Sobha Waterfront, Sobha Metropolis, Sobha Lake Edge, Sobha Nesara, Sobha Galera, and other.
