The deal, a note explains, follows agreements signed in early April that led to Snam exercising a right of first refusal to ascend to 30 percent of the gas terminal located in the waters off Porto Tolle (Rovigo), while Vtti owns the remaining 70 percent.
Alexandra Thomas, coming from Neptune Energy, where she was managing director for Egypt, was appointed to the role of ceo, while Alessandro Conta, coming from Snam, was appointed chief operations officer (Coo).
