The Construction segment undertakes, plans, designs, and constructs architectural and civil engineering works, as well as architectural and civil engineering works using mainly precast and prestressed concrete members, earthquake-resistant reinforcement work using the out-frame construction method, and large-scale repair work for condominiums. The Development segment acquires land, constructs buildings, and sells them in lots or as a package. This segment also owns and rents office buildings, manages condominiums and buildings, and owns and rents Shin-Nihon building and apartment complexes.
