Shasha Denims PLC is a Bangladesh-based denim fabric manufacturer. The Company's principal activities include manufacturing, dyeing, weaving, and finishing of denim fabric and exporting the same. It operates through the 100% export-oriented garments segment. It also uses branded fibers from Lenzing ModaL and TENCEL, which enables the Company to manufacture products without the use of cotton. It uses recycled polyester, cotton, and stretch materials. The Company has a capacity of over 2.10 million yards per month to produce different types of denim fabrics. It produces all types of denim fabrics from over 4.50 ounces (oz) to 15.00 oz, providing its global customers with a range of colors from the lightest shades of indigo to the darkest hue and range of effects and textures, such as the smooth indigo surface and the salt effect in denim. It manufactures fabrics for international brands, such as H&M, Esprit, LPP, Pull & Bear, S. Oliver, Bestseller, and River Island.
