Dr. Stephen Lu Hsueh-Jeng holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Science from the National University of Singapore and University of Basel, and a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) from the University of Auckland. His past directorships include Rigco Holding Pte.
Ltd., and he currently holds directorships at Seatrium Digital Pte. Ltd. and Aragon AS. His working experience includes roles as Director-Portfolio Development Group at Temasek and Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group.
The appointment is executive, and Dr. Stephen Lu Hsueh-Jeng will be responsible for the Group's overall finance function, overseeing accounting, corporate finance, treasury management, and tax management.
