The principal activities of the Company include trading, investment holding, and exploration and production of oil and gas. The Company operates in only one reportable segment, which is exploration and production of oil and gas. The Company and its subsidiaries operate across a range of upstream activities covering the exploration, development and production of oil and gas resources. Its assets include The Kepala Burung PSC, and Salawati Kepala Burung PSC, which are located in West Papua, Indonesia. The Kepala Burung PSC is located onshore in the Bird’s Head area of West Papua in eastern Indonesia, covering an area of approximately 1,030 square kilometers (km2). The Salawati PSC covers an area of approximately 1,137 km2 both onshore and offshore. The Company’s subsidiaries include RH Petrogas Investments Pte. Ltd., and Tri-M Technologies Inc.
