The Company is engaged in advancing the Beartrack-Arnett Gold Project (Beartrack-Arnett) located in Idaho, United States. Beartrack-Arnett is the producing gold mine in Idaho. In addition, the Company is pursuing other gold exploration and development opportunities and holds a 51% interest in the Diamond Mountain Phosphate Project located in Uintah County, Utah. The Beartrack-Arnett Gold Project is the amalgamation of the Company’s Arnett Gold Project with the Company’s neighboring past-producing Beartrack Gold Mine located in Idaho, United States. The Diamond Mountain Phosphate Project is an advanced stage exploration project located in Uintah County, Utah. The Project is adjoined to the west by Simplot Corporation's Vernal Phosphate Mine and Beneficiation Complex.
