Redivium Limited is an Australia-based company, which is a lithium-ion battery recycler. The principal activity of the Company is implementation of the European battery recycling strategy. The Company has rights (via licensing arrangements) to exploit lithium battery recycling technology in certain European jurisdictions such as Scandinavia, Italy, Southeastern Europe, the United Kingdom (UK), and Ireland. The technology has been developed by Neometals Ltd, and is 50% owned by German engineering firm SMS Group GmbH. The Company provides recycling solutions. Its access to this advanced recycling process with low CO2 emissions delivers high purity chemicals back to the battery manufacturing sector. Using a proprietary process, lithium, nickel, cobalt and other valuable materials are recovered from waste lithium-ion batteries (LiBs).
