The Board of Directors of RBL Bank Limited ("the Bank") at its meeting held on April 24, 2025, has, inter alia, considered the below matters: Mr. Sunny Uberai - Chief of Staff, has been associated with the Bank on a fixed term contract following his retirement from the Bank. As per mutual agreement, this contract will be concluded on 30th April 2025. Accordingly, Mr. Uberai shall cease to be part of the Senior Management of the Bank with effect from April 30, 2025.
