Raymond Lifestyle Limited announced that Mr. Neeraj Nagpal, has been appointed as Chief Business Officer - Apparel. He will be reporting to Managing Director. Date of Appointment is on February 11, 2025.
Mr. Neeraj Nagpal has extensive experience and deep impact in Apparel, Fashion, Brand, Retail, Lifestyle Categories, Beauty, Home Businesses across segments and value chain. He is a broad strategic and analytical thinker on Consumer /Market Trends and Functional Global Best Practices. He has demonstrated capabilities of leading Digital Transformation, building systems and processes, creating and leading successful teams to support scaling up businesses.
Earlier, he was heading Baazar Retail Private Limited as Chief Executive Officer. He has also worked in K. Raheja Group - Shoppers Stop, Aditya Birla Group - ABFRL- Pantaloons, ITC Limited - Lifestyle Retailing Business Division and Ashima Limited - Retail Division (Attires). Mr. Neeraj is a Post Graduate Diploma in Garment Manufacturing Technology, National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi.
He has attended programs on Leadership for Senior Executives, Harvard Business School (HBS), USA and Executive Post Graduate Program in Management (Marketing & Finance), Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, India. He has done his graduation in Civil Engineering.
