Raymond Lifestyle Limited announced that Mr. Sunil Kataria (DIN: 06863609) has tendered his resignation from the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 11, 2025, has accepted his resignation and the same will be effective from March 31, 2025. He will be relieved from his roles and responsibilities and duties on March 31, 2025 to pursue another career opportunity.
In the interim, to ensure continuity and a seamless transition, the existing senior management team led by Executive Chairman, Gautam Hari Singhania will oversee the business operations.
