Its Southern Project Area is situated at Becancour industrial park, Quebec and consists of Becancour process plant site, and process plant residue management facility. The Strange Lake property is located adjacent to Lac Brisson situated within the George River belt, located approximately 235 kilometers northeast of Schefferville, Quebec and approximately 125 kilometers west of the Voisey's Bay Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Mine, and covers approximately 9,360 hectares. The Strange Lake property consists of over 210 mining claims. It also holds interest in Alterra-Strange Lake Property, which is located in West Labrador and consists of approximately 30 mining claims, and covers approximately 750 hectares.
