(Alliance News) - Prismi Spa has announced that, as of April 15, the company's ordinary shares, warrants and convertible bonds have been delisted from Euronext Growth Milan.
The decision was adopted by Borsa Italiana with notice no. 14367 of April 14, following the failure to appoint a new Euronext Growth Advisor within the six months provided for by the suspension ordered on October 11, 2024, due to the termination of the relationship with the advisor in office.
The company has stated that it intends to focus its resources on the industrial plan already outlined, with the aim of overcoming the current economic and financial difficulties and relaunching its activities.
In this context, Prismi does not exclude the possibility of requesting a new admission to listing on Euronext Growth Milan or on other markets, should the necessary requirements be met.
