Prism Johnson Limited announced that the Company has received an Order dated November 16, 2024 from the Assistant Commissioner, Sector 2 (Mobile Squad), Ayodhya (U.P.), levying penalty of INR 245,798 under Section 129(3) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 /The Uttar Pradesh Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017, for transportation of goods under expired E-Way Bills. The Company intends to file an appeal against the aforesaid order. The aforementioned penalty has no material impact on the financials, operations or any other activities of the Company.
