Pricer has issued SEK 300 million of senior unsecured floating rate notes in a SEK 500 million framework. This is stated in a press release.
The proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance the outstanding amount of the company's existing bonds of SEK 250 million, finance transaction costs and general corporate purposes in order to create conditions for expected future growth.
The bond issue was increased by an additional SEK 50 million compared to the initial intended volume of SEK 250 million communicated at the launch of the offering on December 3.
The bonds carry an interest rate of three months Stibor plus 400 basis points, which is 287.5 basis points lower than the existing bonds. The new bonds have a maturity of three years.
The existing bonds will be redeemed early at a price corresponding to 101 percent of the nominal amount per bond plus accrued and unpaid interest until the settlement date for redemption, which is expected to be January 10, 2025.
The Company further intends to enter into a new revolving credit facility, expected to amount to SEK 150 million, with Nordea Bank in order to replace its existing revolving credit facility, which amounts to SEK 50 million.
