Pursuant to the above, the Board of Directors of the Company has accorded its approval for the appointment of Shri Sudhir Mehta as a Non-Official Independent Director on the Board of Power Finance Corporation Limited with effect from May 14, 2025. Dr. Sudhir Mehta holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Economics - Depauw University, USA, and an MBA in Finance & International Business - University of Chicago, USA. He was also conferred with Doctor of Letters - Honoris Causa (D.Litt.) by Ajeenkya DY Patil University for his valuable contribution to the world of humanity, education, design, society, and business in 2022.
He is a serial entrepreneur, columnist, Chairman & Managing Director of Pinnacle Industries, India's leading automotive products & speciality vehicles company. He is also the Founder & Chairman of EKA, a commercial
electric vehicles & technology company. He has started and successfully led several ventures and is also the Past Chairman of CII Western Region. He is also a Member of the State Advisory Committee for the Automobile Sector
of the Government of Madhya Pradesh, under the 'Atmanirbhar Madhya Pradesh' initiative. The company also announced Appointment of Shri Bhaskar Bhattachrya as a Part- time Non-Official Director: In continuation to their letter dated May 14, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company has pursuant to Ministry of Power, Government of India, vide order No F.No.46/2/2010-RE(Vol.III)(part-4)(part-1) dated May 13, 2025, has accorded its approval for the appointment of Shri. Bhaskar Bhattacharya as a Part time Non-Official Directors on the Board of Power Finance Corporation Limited with effect from May 13, 2025.
