Porsche AG announces that Jochen Breckner and Matthias Becker will join its Board of Management on February 26, 2025.

Jochen Breckner will take charge of Finance and IT, while Matthias Becker will head Sales and Marketing.

They replace Lutz Meschke and Detlev von Platen, who are leaving the company by mutual agreement.

Breckner, who has been with Porsche since 2000, was previously responsible for the General Secretariat and Strategic Development. Becker was Head of Overseas and Emerging Markets.

Mr. Lutz Meschke is a Head-Investment management at Porsche Automobil Holding SE, a Chief Financial Officer at Porsche Austria GmbH & Co. OG and a Director-Finance & Information Technology at Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. He is on the Board of Directors at Volkswagen Bank GmbH. Mr. Meschke was previously employed as a Head-Group Consolidation by HUGO BOSS AG and a Manager by KPMG SpA. He also served on the board at Porsche Cars Great Britain Ltd. He received his undergraduate degree from Universität zu Köln.
